International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on location.


All orders are carefully packed and dispatched as quickly as possible from Australia.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Diamond Doll pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


Returns

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:


• Unworn and unwashed

• In original condition

• All tags attached

• No damage or marks


Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.


Exchanges


If you need a different size, we’re happy to help organise an exchange where stock is available.


Please contact us with your order number and the size you would like to exchange.


Swimwear & Hygiene Items


For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be returned with the hygiene liner intact and unworn to be eligible for return.


Faulty Items


If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will organise a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.


Return Shipping


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
