What is your return policy?
If something isn’t quite right, we offer exchanges or returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached. For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be returned with the hygiene liner intact.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

How long does delivery typically take?
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50. Standard delivery typically takes 4–7 business days depending on your location.
If you need your order sooner, Express Shipping is available and usually arrives within 1–2 business days after dispatch.
We also offer international shipping, with delivery times varying depending on the destination.
What size should I choose?
Each product description includes details about the fit of that specific item. Fit may vary depending on the fabric composition, as some styles are designed to be more fitted while others offer more stretch.
Where relevant, the product description will recommend whether to size up, size down, or stay with your usual size to help you choose the best fit.
How should I wash Diamond Doll activewear?
To keep your Diamond Doll pieces looking their best, we recommend washing garments inside out in a wash bag on a cold cycle, or hand washing for rhinestone styles.
For light pastel colours, wash separately from darker garments to prevent colour transfer.
After washing, hang to dry inside in the shade.
Please avoid tumble drying, ironing, bleaching, or direct sun exposure, as this may damage fabrics, embellishments, or cause colours to fade.
